Real Words From Real Homeowners

“Javier showed up on time. He explained the process in detail. After his inspection, he made thoughtful and helpful suggestions. Then he got the work done right then. He even got help to be finished when he said would. Well done! I can now sell with confidence that the buyers will not have issues.”

“I was very pleased with the service provided. I had called several companies, but many didn't want the job even though it was thousands of dollars. Following the work to ensure that my outdoor ceiling could handle outdoor fans, I had the fans that I purchased installed. I did need to negotiate since their installation cost was significantly higher than the company I purchased the fans. However, they were amenable to the negotiation.”

“Carlos and Matt showed up on time and were very professional in appearance and attitude. Listened to what my concerns were, addressed them and checked out some other recurring issues as well. After their inspection they laid out several different options to correct the issues they discovered so I could decide which, if any, issues were priority and which could be postponed for future attention. I was able to make a fully-informed decision as to which plan would best match my needs and budget.

A team came in the next day at the agreed-upon time, got right to work and everything we had agreed on was taken care of with a minimum of muss and fuss. In fact, one service member pointed out a way to accomplish the tasks in a way that saved over $400 off the original estimate. Was also offered various ways of financing the project, able to determine which plan worked best for myself, and that was taken care of as well and with the ease of the repairs themselves. If you're in need of a 100% professional electric team, Home Team Electric should be top of your list.”
