“A very reliable, excellent quality company. We have used them for years. Mike is our technician. He is the best of the best. My oxygen supply company sent me a faulty machine. They thought it might be electric issue at my home. Mike checked everything, even power to the outlet while a machine was on. It was just a bad machine with 17,000 hours on it. Mike stayed while I called for a replacement. Best electrical company, ever. I would give 10 stars, as they go above and beyond all the time. 2/26/26..Mike and his team were here today to do another job for us.

He arrived on time, was dressed professionally and very clearly understood my electrical needs. The Quote was emailed to me with a clear breakdown of costs. We scheduled a time and date. “Carlos did a superb job troubleshooting our job. We live in a condo section of PGA West La Quinta. Our power went out about 7p on a Saturday and thankfully he was able to check on the problem 1 1/2 hours after we made contact with him. Since our home is a condo the meter and main circuit breaker was down the street. It wasn’t obvious where it was located but he never gave up looking until he found our meter and breaker. He ultimately checked in front yards and backyards until he found a rack of meters that served four condos. Keep in mind it was in total darkness and he never gave up.

He finished around 10p that night. As a result of his dedication to accomplish the mission we will drop our current electrician that doesn’t offer 24/7 service.”

“So Mike showed up on time, explained the various alternatives to me. I selected the one which involved installing a new 240V outlet which required modifying my breaker box and installation ov the Charge Point Level 2 cable adapter which fits my Lexus RX 450h Plug In Hybrid. He made sure he had all the equipment so that by the time he was done, the level 2 charger was operational. It took Mike about 5 hours to do the whole job. Home Electric may not be the cheapest alternative but they know what they are doing and provide a warrantly for their work.
