“UPDATE 12/15/2025 I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Home Team Electric. I was completely exhausted and overwhelmed after being up all night trying to track down a relentless beeping sound I believed was a fire alarm their company had installed. Josh came out promptly, checked everything thoroughly, and even replaced an alarm—yet when that didn’t solve it, he didn’t rush out or dismiss me. He stayed and kept searching until he finally discovered the real source: an unused carbon monoxide detector with batteries hidden away in a drawer. What truly set Josh apart was his kindness.

He was calm, patient, and reassuring, repeatedly telling me I was going to be okay and that he would take care of everything—and he did. In that moment, he was more than a technician; he was a steady, compassionate presence when I really needed one. Home Team Electric has been to my home twice now and has been exceptional every time. “This was our 1st experience with Home Team Electric and I must say THEY DID A GREAT JOB.. My issue was from flooding that forced us to utilize humidifiers and circulating fans to help in mitigating water from a flood in our home. All the appliances placed in the home caused our breakers to trip and eventually stopped working. Mike and Boni came to the rescue. They didn't assume anything and did a great job in finding the problem, mapping a correction to the way the appliances were plugged in, and replacing the breakers that were affected. I couldn't have asked for a better solution.

“Josh is the consummate professional. After assessing my issue, he gave me a very detailed explanation about what he was going to do to fix my problem and a guaranteed price for the repair. While the price was relatively expensive, I think the adage ‘You get what you pay for” applied. Not only did he repair the problem, he went above and beyond diagnosing associated potential problems that I believe were spot on. In addition, he did a complete examination of my entire electrical system and gave me detailed options for a variety of improvements that he thought would be beneficial.

In summary, very expensive but that’s on the the Home Office. Josh was terrific.”

“From the very first appointment with Josh who has a big heart that shines on his face he truly wanted to help . I have a50 year old panel that would cause the ac to shut down I had problems with my cable too , you name it I had numerous technicians come out and they would replace a breaker here and there and couldn’t figure it out . It all changed when Josh came in with 20 years of experience he went through the whole house and gave me a diagnostic of the situation .

It was scary to say the least waiting for it but with home team electric and Josh I felt I was in good hands and they would take care of my problems once and for all . Josh didnt leave until he worked his magic on the panel and replaced the big main breaker that was burnt to a crisp . A reminder other electricians breezed past this and diagnose the problem as Josh did . Today Dave and Gio came out to do the necessary work . They revamped the whole panel …I chose the mediocre solution based on my budget but I know now the panel is up to the new code and I can sleep at night .

If you saw the original breaker that Josh replaced you would cringe because I could see it was a fire waiting to happen. I thank the whole team !
