“I discovered the AC breaker wasn't working around 10pm. I called several 24/7 Electrical Companies. The only one out of 5 that I called that was available to come before the morning was Home Team Electric. I received a call back from a very nice man named Mike. He explained he would be leaving from Yucca Valley and be at my home in LA Quinta in approximately 1 hour. I said, "Are you sure Mike? That's a long way to drive at this hour". Mike replied, "Not a problem. I drive from Yucca Valley all the time". He was so pleasant and reassuring.

He text me when he was about a half hour away and when he arrived. Once at my home, Mike discovered there had been an Arc Flash Fire at the panel. He was able to install a new breaker, but the AC still wouldn't start. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Mike explained the further repairs that would be required. Even though the AC didn't start I was alerted to the fact that I'm extremely fortunate my home didn't catch on fire. I was very impressed in the middle of the night to have such great service with an outstanding person such as Mike!!!

“On a holiday weekend the company who had installed my smoke detectors was unable to help when there was an alarm. They said I would have to four days for a visit (the alarm beeping the entire time – could not shut it off.). I called Home Team Electric and Mike was there within a couple hours and found the issue. “May 2021 – Initially called for emergency service after SCE scheduled outage. Mike got us up and running that night, but didn't have all the parts he needed for a complete fix. Within a week he found the parts, and came back today with Zach to completely rebuild the 50 year-old breaker panel and update the grounding. They also labeled the breakers and did a walk through to look at other parts of our system that I had questions about. Home Team is now my go-to electrical repair team!

Update – June 2024 Home Team came out to replace a breaker in the main panel (unrelated to the previous repair). While they were on site I talked to them about replacing a sub-panel that had been installed during an older garage conversion. Long story short – Angel replaced the sub-standard old panel with a new upgraded one in just a few hours. Very happy with their quick response and thorough work.”

“They found the problem in a couple of minutes. The doorbell wasn’t working & there was a noise coming from inside a wall in the hallway. We had turned off the circuit breaker that was causing the noise. They replaced the doorbell & the problem was solved. Also included in their service fee of $79 is a complete inside & outside checklist of the electrical functions. Well worth it. They found a major problem with the electrical for my pool equipment. Will need to put a separate box in as what I have is one 20 amp circuit breaker for all pool equipment. Unbelievable. I highly recommend Colt.”
