Josh explained every detail of what he would do to analyze the issue and then after his inspection gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to make us safe after finding multiple issues due to an older home and previous remodel items that were not safe. The team with Josh as lead arrived on time as he had told me they would and completed the project in one day. I was told in advance of the cost so I could plan accordingly.

The bedroom causing the issue. He corrected the issue, redid the lamp and determined that the lamp at large wasild and needed a redo and a smile”

“Had no power in my bedroom or master bath. It took a couple of visits to figure out the issue. Turned out it was a poorly wired old lamp in my bedroom! ( DUH!!) Here it is the next day, after three visits, I am trying to arrange financing. The initial bill I got from HOME TEAM ELECTRIC was 1965.15. After they had to return after two failures, I found out that they charged me 2779.00. OMG! They were unable to determine the issue, and I do NOT think I should pay for their inadequacies! I am 74, live alone, and don't have this kind of money! I have absolutely no use for this company!
