6. Opting Out (STOP)
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

After you opt out:

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
10. Modification or Discontinuation
Home Team Electric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue SMS services at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active SMS subscribers of significant changes.
11. Website Use
Permitted Use: You may use our website to learn about our electrical services, contact us for service requests, schedule appointments, view service information and pricing, and access customer support.
Prohibited Use: You may not use our website for any illegal purpose, transmit harmful code or viruses, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or reproduce website content without permission, or harass other users or staff.

13. Service Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment Confirmation: All service appointments must be confirmed by Home Team Electric. Submission of a contact form or service request does not guarantee appointment availability.
Cancellation Policy: Service appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Service Availability: Services are provided in the Coachella Valley, California and surrounding areas. Service availability is subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and emergency prioritization.
14. Pricing and Payment
Estimates and Pricing: Pricing estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on actual service requirements. Final pricing will be provided before work begins.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late Payment: Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees as permitted by California state law.
15. Warranty and Liability
Service Warranty: Our electrical services are warranted for workmanship according to our standard warranty terms, which will be provided at the time of service.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Team Electric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use our website or services, errors or omissions in website content, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or SMS delivery failures or delays.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Emergency Services Disclaimer: While we strive to provide prompt emergency electrical services, Home Team Electric cannot guarantee response times during severe weather, natural disasters, or periods of high demand.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is collected, used, and protected according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
