“We initially contacted Home Team Electric to repair a burnt plug and breaker, and do a couple other small projects. Carlos came out and got to work pretty quickly. We appreciated his use of booties and mats to protect our home surfaces. As he started to check out our other plugs, he showed us how poorly wired our outlets were! Carlos worked with us to reassess the job and gave us a bundled price because it was going to become a whole house job. We also asked for an extra plug in our bathroom, which he also added.

Carlos is very knowledgeable, very experienced and he arranged for more team members to assist in what turned out to be a big job. Brett, Oscar and Gio arrived and set to work. All were efficient, professional and helpful. Because of all the faulty wiring, it will be a two day job, but they worked in the dark for us! We've used Home Team Electric once before and they do very good work. We trust their workmanship and will continue to use their services.”

“So I had the privilege of having Josh service an issue I had with my kitchen lights. I had used another electrician a year ago to fix the same issue I have now but their approach, in retrospect, was more of a bandaid fix rather than a solution. So when Josh came over, the frst thing I noticed was how friendly he was. Second, he kept things clean. He wore shoe covers, rolled out red carpet mats, placed plastic sheets over everything so stuff doesn't get dirty. I let him know my problem and he did a full diagnostic to see what the root of the issue was rather than just doing a quick fix.

He let me know the situation up front, gave me several pricing options, and then proceeded to do the job. He even did an inspection throughout the house and showed me a few issues that are potential safety issues. As a side note, I live in a community where the builders tend to focus production speed ober quality. Anyway, Josh, and later his team,(David and Brett came later) did a fabulous job and I'll definitely be giving them a call again to take care of the other issues. They are all knowledgeable and will be open and honest with what they find.

“UPDATE 12/15/2025 I cannot say enough good things about Josh and Home Team Electric. I was completely exhausted and overwhelmed after being up all night trying to track down a relentless beeping sound I believed was a fire alarm their company had installed. Josh came out promptly, checked everything thoroughly, and even replaced an alarm—yet when that didn’t solve it, he didn’t rush out or dismiss me. He stayed and kept searching until he finally discovered the real source: an unused carbon monoxide detector with batteries hidden away in a drawer. What truly set Josh apart was his kindness.

He was calm, patient, and reassuring, repeatedly telling me I was going to be okay and that he would take care of everything—and he did. I have a50 year old panel that would cause the ac to shut down I had problems with my cable too , you name it I had numerous technicians come out and they would replace a breaker here and there and couldn’t figure it out . It all changed when Josh came in with 20 years of experience he went through the whole house and gave me a diagnostic of the situation .

It was scary to say the least waiting for it but with home team electric and Josh I felt I was in good hands and they would take care of my problems once and for all . Josh didnt leave until he worked his magic on the panel and replaced the big main breaker that was burnt to a crisp . A reminder other electricians breezed past this and diagnose the problem as Josh did . Today Dave and Gio came out to do the necessary work . They revamped the whole panel …I chose the mediocre solution based on my budget but I know now the panel is up to the new code and I can sleep at night .
