“Josh was great. Our house was using excessive power and we could not locate the source. Josh listened to us explain the background, asked questions and then got to work. He spent time looking at the breakers and electrical boxes, the large appliances and then studied the electrical flow. He identified that our whole house humidifier was running constantly causing the high usage. Josh also noticed a couple matters with the way the pool equipment was wired when installed and recommended corrective steps. Very helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Angel did an outstanding job, we called him in for an emergency fix after waking up to discover we had lost power in our house sometime overnight. He was assigned the job which was under warranty, quickly assessed the issue and offered an immediate solution ie. check the main breakers. The breakers (despite appearing to be in the correct position) were in fact not. His first move was to to reset the main breakers. Power was immediately restored. Angel didn't stop there, he followed up by making certain that the cause of the outage would not return.

Angel (as is usual with electricians from Home Team) was courteous, quick and thorough to the end.”

“We live in Palm Springs California and every time SCE has a power outage one or more of our electronic equipment gets damaged. Under warranty we've had our solar panel inverter/equipment replaced, refrigerator has been repaired several times, our microwave had to be replaced. Even our air conditioner's compressor had to be replaced under warranty. Josh explained the importance of having a whole home surge protector and 3 other surge protectors for our two air conditioning units and our pool equipment.

We thought that the whole home surge protector which gets installed in the main circuit breaker panel would be enough. He said it was as good start but for greater protection and since we get so many power surges it was a good idea to add the additional surge protectors on the air conditioning units and pool equipment. As a bonus the surge protectors have a life time warranty. I would recommend Josh/Home Team Electric for this very important whole home surge protection installation as he was very professional through out the process.”
