“Carlos did a superb job troubleshooting our job. We live in a condo section of PGA West La Quinta. Our power went out about 7p on a Saturday and thankfully he was able to check on the problem 1 1/2 hours after we made contact with him. Since our home is a condo the meter and main circuit breaker was down the street.
It wasn’t obvious where it was located but he never gave up looking until he found our meter and breaker. He ultimately checked in front yards and backyards until he found a rack of meters that served four condos. Keep in mind it was in total darkness and he never gave up. He finished around 10p that night.
As a result of his dedication to accomplish the mission we will drop our current electrician that doesn’t offer 24/7 service.”
