“Colt did a great job with the house! Before I left to the Marines, there was no power in any of the bathroom outlets. Ten years later, I come back home to visit my mom and there was still no power in the bathrooms so I made a phone call. Within 24 hours, Colt and his work partner came to the house and for the first time in 10 years, we have power!! The customer service was great, he explained everything in a way I could understand (I know absolutely nothing about power sources and such), and he was very thorough. Highly recommend.”

“This is a team effort beginning last night of course after Hours. Our refrigerator, wall switches in kitchen and microwave lost power. We tried to reset the breaker with no luck. At 9 pm last evening Frank arrived, smiling upbeat in spite of Horrendous humidity. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough as well as personable. He open the panel box said all the wiring was great. Suggested with no pressure we install a surge protector which probably would have avoided the issues we had. Gave us an estimate before initiating any work. You could tell he was a master electrician.

He was able to restore power quickly. Unfortunately he didn’t have a part needed to upgrade our kitchen switches to coded GFI. Told us he would Be back in the morning. As promised he called before he was due to arrive and let us know he would be sending Mike and Perry to finish the work. Same as Frank arrived at door on time with big smiles. Again, very professional and personable. They quickly and efficiently completed the work left from Laat evening. Mike even helped us rescue a lizard trapped between the slider and glass door. Above and beyond. Both these guys were excellent.

In this day and age great service and people Who take pride in their work is the exception rather then the rule. All 3 of these gentlemen thanked us for our business. We will only use them in the future. Not Our regular electrician is no longer. All of them were COVID safe and wore the necessary protection. Great guys. Beware after emergency charge is 259 dollars. But don't let this dissuade use these people. They are great”

I did require an urgent Sunday morning repair which was a bit of a steep service charge. Kind of expected under those conditions. On the other hand technician was at my house about 30 minutes after I made the call, on a Sunday morning, and he was great. Their normal service fee for non urgent, appointment call is very reasonable. Service man wears a nice uniform, uses a tablet for quotes and ease of payment. Nice service truck.

“I called “Home Team Electric” today to address an apparent short in my ceiling/can lighting. I was up against it a bit as I had tenants moving in and needed immediate service. My call was received by a very polite call taker who scheduled an appointment for me with one of their techs within 3 hours. The technician was “Frank” who was incredibly professional, attentive, polite and thorough.

I explained to Frank via cell as he was en route to my home that I was 100 miles away, and that I had tenants in the home on their first day of residency who will not be able to assist much in identifying or locating the problem area. Frank simply said, “no problem … I’ll take care of them and I’ll take care of you”. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, he diagnosed the problem and called me to “guarantee” the he “would resolve my problem to my complete satisfaction” (his words!!!). Within another hour he called me to inform me that the job was done and that the problem was solved”.

He even took the time to check all other outlets, sockets and lights in the house to ensure they all worked and that the tenant knew how to operate them. In sum …. I can’t say enough about this incredibly positive experience I had with “Home Team Electric” and more specifically, their technician, Frank!!!”

Definitely recommend him and Home Team Electric. My only complaint is with Home Team's same day service fee being over twice as much verses if I scheduled an appointment for next day or later. If they have the time the same day to come out for a job, why the up-charge? I can understand if it's after hours, or if they have to squeeze you in causing the Team to work overtime; otherwise, charge the lower rate, if you have time slots to fill.
