“What I thought was a minor issue turned out to be much more. Josh explained every detail of what he would do to analyze the issue and then after his inspection gave me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done to make us safe after finding multiple issues due to an older home and previous remodel items that were not safe. The team with Josh as lead arrived on time as he had told me they would and completed the project in one day. I was told in advance of the cost so I could plan accordingly. There were other items discovered by Josh for future project but they left today leaving me feeling at ease and thankful for their professionalism and ability to address the issues quickly. Josh and his team are so friendly and helped me feel confident and comfortable. They exceeded my expectations! Excellent!”
