Our second meet to do the job was again on time, any questions were handled quickly and the options we had discussed worked out perfectly to get my installs completed in a timely manner. When the job was finished we talked through what was done and everything was checked over and working the way it should. A job well done – no muss, no fuss, he cleaned up and even offered to put back my landscaping (changing that so declined but the offer was excellent!).

The new outdoor lighting will take a little getting used to but I feel this addition to my yard adds safety, the lights are the fixtures I really wanted, and I feel Home Team has just increased the appeal and value of my home. Colt and David came and checked everything out and found that not only was there water damage, but also the wire had been chewed by a mouse! They had to rewire it! “I hired Home Team Electric to install a new circuit box years ago; and every year, they maintain it and do a thorough inspection for safety. This year, I hired HTE to do a chain check and rewiring. The team was a few minutes early (so, on time) and wore uniforms and shoe covers. They were very professional. They checked the electrical chain and connectivity of each switch and outlet, making sure there were no weak spots of safety issues. They changed out ALL of my switches and outlets to match one another, and even installed all of my smart switches (which I purchased in advance).

They installed a few outlets with USB ports as well. They were so friendly, communicated their work every step of the way, answered questions, and were able to work around my furniture and appliances. It was easy and so worthwhile! I now have a house safe from electrical issues, matching switches and outlets, and the job was done to perfection. All switches and outlets and cover plates are level now too! They weren't all level before this. I am very happy!!! I will continue my annual maintenance with them, and trust them to be fair, honest, and professional for any need in the future.

They had promised to do that, but I didn’t expect it would actually happen. I wanted to upgrade the electrical panel in my house and decided to put in a Leviton smart panel. It was a complicated job and they totally put it together for me. As part of the upgrade they also installed new outlets and switches in the house. They even set up the app for the smart panel, something I expected to do. Before the smart panel upgrade they did a major rewire in my garage, and added a circuit for a mini split in a small outbuilding.
