“Two years ago, we had an extremely difficult complicated electrical add-on to bring 100 Amps to our swim Spa hot tub combo. Josh from Home Team Electric came out and gave us a very, very thorough estimate and bid, explaining what could be done why it was using the materials that were being used and why the cost was what it was. It was all information that I could verify on the Internet and I did. He and his team came out on the specified day at the specified time… On time and performed the task Josh also suggested that we get whole house surge protection for the electronics in our oven and other items that would cost hundreds to thousands of dollars if they were blown again after warranty… Because we were aware of the cost we dodged because our oven was under warranty from a previous surge we followed his suggestion and he gave us a very good price on it since he was already here. The cost of this surge protection has paid itself over for many times since we have had electrical glitches from storms many times… that would surely have messed up electronics. With this job that his team did for us came a whole house inspection… Which he has performed for us finding loose connections that are common to happen over years from heat and cold changes as well as electrical vibration. There were connections loosening in our breaker boxes, we are happy that they were found and corrected before there was an issue. We have signed up for subscription to an annual go over… Which we feel will be an important selling point when we do sell our house. Oh, trying to work with San Bernardino County to get a permit for the work was astonishingly cumbersome and burdensome, and we were running into all sorts of issues trying to complete the permit. Home Team Electric took care of that for us, and the inspection went smoothly. The level of competency of Josh’s team as well as the Customer Service was exceptional and helped keep our stress levels down.”
