From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they are professionals all the way. All down the line they welcome questions and feedback. Customer service is always polite and efficient. Once the electricians arrive and assess the problem you receive an written itemized estimate with a breakdown of costs. Once the work begins, they keep you advised of progress, and let you know of any 'gotchas' that appear – common in an older, remodeled house like ours. They know their stuff, and the work is done in a effective and transparent way. They remove all debris; other than the new installations, you would never know they had been there. Angel did the latest work, ably assisted by Jimmy. Personable, and polite, they know their Ps and Qs, as my mom would say. They dealt with a change in the details of the job (a wiring issue) without hesitation. When it comes to the wiring and fixtures in our house, these are the people I trust.”
