“From the very first appointment with Josh who has a big heart that shines on his face he truly wanted to help . I have a50 year old panel that would cause the ac to shut down I had problems with my cable too , you name it I had numerous technicians come out and they would replace a breaker here and there and couldn’t figure it out . It all changed when Josh came in with 20 years of experience he went through the whole house and gave me a diagnostic of the situation . It was scary to say the least waiting for it but with home team electric and Josh I felt I was in good hands and they would take care of my problems once and for all . Josh didnt leave until he worked his magic on the panel and replaced the big main breaker that was burnt to a crisp . A reminder other electricians breezed past this and diagnose the problem as Josh did . Today Dave and Gio came out to do the necessary work . They revamped the whole panel …I chose the mediocre solution based on my budget but I know now the panel is up to the new code and I can sleep at night . If you saw the original breaker that Josh replaced you would cringe because I could see it was a fire waiting to happen. I thank the whole team !
