They spent the entire day at my home replacing every electrical outlet, and their professionalism, skill, and work ethic were outstanding from start to finish. What really impressed me was how thoughtful they were. Knowing the power would be off for an extended period, they brought a generator so my refrigerator would keep running. That level of preparation and customer care is rare and made a huge difference. Throughout the day, they were punctual, respectful, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They took the time to explain what they were doing, kept the work area clean, and made sure everything was completed correctly before they left.
