After their inspection they laid out several different options to correct the issues they discovered so I could decide which, if any, issues were priority and which could be postponed for future attention. I was able to make a fully-informed decision as to which plan would best match my needs and budget. A team came in the next day at the agreed-upon time, got right to work and everything we had agreed on was taken care of with a minimum of muss and fuss. In fact, one service member pointed out a way to accomplish the tasks in a way that saved over $400 off the original estimate.
