Shannon answers the phone with warmth that sets the tone for everything that follows. In three and a half years at Home Team Electric, she has become the connective thread between team, homeowners, and community.
Team and Client Relations

Shannon leads Team and Client Relations at Home Team Electric, where she turns daily interactions into lasting relationships. She founded and runs community programs like Clear the List, manages scheduling and memberships, and brings clarity and celebration to every corner of the business, from Culture Connect meetings to Chamber representation.
Shannon has a yellow lab named Steven. That's not a detail that ends up in most bios, but it tells you something about her right away. She's the kind of person who names a yellow lab Steven, and somehow it fits perfectly.
Shannon was born in Palm Springs, graduated from Palm Desert High School, and has spent her whole life in the desert. She and her husband Wes are raising their son and daughter in Palm Desert, cheering on the Firebirds, and finding good restaurants along the way.
She joined Home Team Electric three and a half years ago, and within her first two weeks she had reorganized the entire office and training room. Everything now has a section and a place, and the team felt the difference right away.
Shannon also leads Clear the List, a program that provides classroom supplies to teachers in the community so they never have to spend money out of their own pockets, along with Home Team's food drive and community charity outreach. This work matters deeply to the team, and it matters most to Shannon.
When Shannon is involved, the team is tighter, the clients are happier, and the community is better for it.
