Alysha is the dispatcher and client care representative for Home Team Electric, bridging the office and the field. She routes crews to every call, debriefs with electricians throughout the day, and keeps homeowner expectations aligned with crew readiness so electricians focus on great work and homeowners experience reliability every time.
Alysha has a laugh that fills the room. Team members recognize it right away, and it tends to spread before anyone realizes it's happening. At some point Jayme decided that Chaos Coordinator was the only title that really captured what Alysha does, and had a nameplate made for her desk. Alysha displays it like a badge of honor.
She's been with Home Team Electric for two years, and her primary focus is the field team. She dispatches our entire crew of residential electricians to their calls, debriefs with them throughout the day, and makes sure everything runs the way it should between the office and the field. She bridges the gap between what a client needs and what an electrician shows up ready to do. Alysha makes sure every electrician has the information they need so that our client experience matches their expectations.
