Born and raised in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin, she joined at twenty-two and spent nine years building the systems that keep every job coordinated, every schedule tight, and every homeowner supported. Her legendary recall for client details makes her essential.

Jayme was born in Palm Springs, raised in Yucca Valley, and has spent her whole life here in the desert. She's the oldest of five siblings, a proud mom to an eight-year-old son who's at the center of her world, and a Joshua Tree resident with a real knack for keeping a lot of moving parts working together. She joined Home Team Electric at twenty-two without knowing exactly where it would lead.

Before Home Team, she worked as a server and in hospitality, which gave her a strong foundation in client experience and fast-moving operations. Today she keeps the whole business connected, from scheduling and communication to dispatch and call center coordination. Her memory is part of the legend too. With the smallest bit of information, she can recall old job details, client names, the street they're on, and sometimes even phone numbers off the top of her head. It usually makes everyone pause for a second.
