Founder, Owner and General Manager

Frank Luersen is the Founder, Owner and General Manager of Home Team Electric, with 28 years of residential electrical expertise and over 25,000 completed projects behind every decision. A third-generation desert local who coaches youth soccer and mentors young electricians, Frank leads with clear analogies, deep community ties, and a family-comes-first standard.
There's a running tradition inside Home Team Electric called Frank Pranks, and it says everything about the kind of culture Frank built. Ask anyone on the team about it and they'll grin before they finish explaining it. Someone sets it up, he walks right into it, the room erupts, and whether he actually sees it coming is still an ongoing debate. Frank could settle it anytime. He hasn't.
He was born and raised in the desert, the oldest of eight kids. He and Corrine have five kids, Jayme, Jennifer, Shelby, Bradley, and Nathan, all raised the same way he was: deep roots, high standards, and a lot of people around the table. He's also a proud Papa to two grandsons with another grandbaby on the way.
Frank brings 28 years of residential electrical experience to every decision made inside this company, and across more than 25,000 completed projects, he's built a team he trains himself. When Frank explains something, the team expects at least one analogy, probably two, possibly three or four, and the team considers this entirely normal at this point.
He's coached youth soccer for 25 years and been nominated for Mentor of the Year two years running by Certain Path, which he'd never bring up himself. His family has called the desert home for five generations, and it's hard to imagine anyone more connected to this community. He didn't build Home Team Electric here because it made business sense. He built it here because it's home.

Meet the team Frank coaches
THE FOUNDER
Frank did not move here to open a business. His family has been part of this valley for five generations, and the company he built reflects that.
1998
Frank started in residential electrical in 1998, learning in desert homes where heat and dust punish sloppy work and hide loose connections until they fail.
2006
Eight years into the trade, Frank put his family's name on the door and from the first hire trained every electrician himself.
1998-Present
Twenty-eight years in the trade add up to more than 25,000 completed residential projects across the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin.
2000-Present
Frank has spent a quarter-century on desert sidelines coaching youth soccer.
Present
Frank and Corrine raised five kids and are now grandparents to two grandsons, with another grandbaby on the way.
That timeline is the company's spine. Every electrician Frank trains inherits it.
Home Team Electric was built by a family that never left the desert, for the neighbors who live here.
The Frank Standard in Every Project
Frank trains every electrician on the same four steps he has used since 1998. This is what happens on every job, no exceptions.
Frank meets homeowners exactly where they are. He asks questions, listens to the real problem, and does not assume he knows the answer before he hears the question. This sets the tone for every visit.
Frank trains every electrician himself. Each team member learns not just the technical work, but the standard: how to explain electrical systems clearly, how to respect the homeowner's home, and how to leave people feeling informed and cared for.
No surprise costs. No pressure. Frank presents the situation, explains the options, and lets homeowners make the decision that is right for them. Transparency builds trust.
Every job gets Frank's signature standard: clean work, clear answers, and both guarantees in writing, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and the Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee. The homeowner walks away knowing exactly what was done and that it is backed by his name.
Frank's Promise
If the work carries the Home Team Electric name, Frank stands behind it personally. Clean work, clear pricing, and a call back the same day. That is the standard on every job.
Backed by the Home Team Electric guarantee and 28 years of Frank's own workmanship.
