Shelby is a fourth-generation desert local, the youngest daughter of Frank and Corrine Luersen, and one of five siblings who grew up here surrounded by cousins, neighbors, and community. She has never felt much pull to be anywhere else. The desert is home, and helping keep this community strong is something she takes personally.
She started at Home Team Electric by managing the company’s digital presence, responding to reviews, and learning the skills that would let her contribute wherever she was needed. The team noticed how quickly she moved and how fast she got results. That is what led to her current role. Frank calls her his force multiplier, and the name fits.
