Shelby Luersen is Home Team Electric's Executive Assistant, Frank's operational partner who turns strategy into action. Born and raised in the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin, she started by managing reviews and digital presence, then grew into project coordination, systems building, and the fast, clear execution that keeps the team moving.
Shelby’s idea of a perfect day might involve a spontaneous road trip, a farmer’s market, or a show at Pappy and Harriet’s. She is the kind of person who does not back away from a challenge. She moves toward it, gets to work, and figures out what it needs as she goes. That same energy shows up in the office too.
Shelby is a fourth-generation desert local, the youngest daughter of Frank and Corrine Luersen, and one of five siblings who grew up here surrounded by cousins, neighbors, and community. She has never felt much pull to be anywhere else. The desert is home, and helping keep this community strong is something she takes personally.
She started at Home Team Electric by managing the company’s digital presence, responding to reviews, and learning the skills that would let her contribute wherever she was needed. The team noticed how quickly she moved and how fast she got results. That is what led to her current role. Frank calls her his force multiplier, and the name fits. Shelby helps protect his focus, turn strategy into clear next steps, and keep the systems and projects behind the scenes moving the way they should.
