Life on the Field Team
We are looking for a licensed journeyman who takes pride in clean, code-compliant work and clear communication with homeowners. The homes here keep you sharp. A 1960s Palm Springs house, a 1980s tract home, and a new build carrying solar and EV loads all ask different questions, and you will see all three in the same week. You will run residential service calls and installations across the Coachella Valley and Morongo Basin, supported by a crew that trains together every week and stands behind every job with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and a Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee.
The Role
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems, from outlets to service panels.
- Perform panel upgrades, circuit additions, Level 2 EV charger installations, and whole-home rewires.
- Explain findings and options to homeowners in plain language, with a written price before work begins.
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and job sites clean and organized.
- Mentor apprentices on the crew and uphold our code-compliance standard.
The Fit
What You Bring
- Valid California C-10 or journeyman electrical certification.
- Two or more years of residential field experience.
- Valid driver license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
