About the Role
Life on the Field Team
This is a paid path into a residential electrical career. You will work alongside licensed journeymen, learn desert-home electrical systems hands on, and train every week through classroom instruction and lab work. We hire for work ethic and attitude first. If you show up, listen, and care about doing it right, we will teach you the trade. One of our electricians started his career here three years ago and is already leading projects in the field.
The Role
What You Will Do
- Assist journeymen on residential service and installation jobs.
- Learn to pull wire, set boxes, terminate circuits, and read plans.
- Keep tools, materials, and job sites organized and safe.
- Attend weekly training and complete apprenticeship coursework.

What You Bring
- Enrolled in, or willing to enroll in, an apprenticeship program.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn the trade.
- Valid driver license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
