Life on the Field Team
Our lead service electricians are the face of Home Team Electric in the home. You will handle our higher-trust service calls, present options and written pricing, and set the bar for quality and communication that the rest of the crew follows. Desert systems have their own patterns. Summer heat past 115 degrees and hard day-to-night swings work connections loose over time, and a lead here reads those signs fast and explains them plainly. This role suits a seasoned electrician who is as good with people as they are with a panel.
The Role
What You Will Do
- Run high-trust residential service calls from diagnosis through completion.
- Present findings, options, and written pricing, and earn the homeowner's approval before work begins.
- Uphold and model our code-compliance and cleanliness standards.
- Support dispatch with accurate job notes and clear timelines.
The Fit
What You Bring
- Valid California C-10 or journeyman certification.
- Five or more years of residential service experience.
- Proven track record of high homeowner satisfaction.
- Valid driver license, clean record, and ability to pass a background check.
