Life on the Office Team
Our office is the engine room. When a homeowner calls, the first thing they hear is "It's a great day at Home Team Electric." You are the person who makes that greeting true, turning a stressful electrical problem into a booked appointment and a calm plan. You will schedule service, coordinate the field team, and keep every job moving from the first call to the follow-up.
The Role
What You Will Do
- Answer inbound calls and book service appointments with care and accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules between homeowners and the field crew.
- Follow up after jobs and keep homeowner records up to date.
- Represent the Home Team standard in every conversation.
The Fit
What You Bring
- Two or more years of client care or scheduling experience.
- Warm, clear phone presence and strong organization.
- Comfort with scheduling and CRM software.
- Ability to pass a background check.
