“Mike was very polite and explained all that was needed for hooking up a transfer switch. He answered all my questions. He checked an exterior outlet that wasn't working and it turned out to be a gfi circuit that was not on. Was very pleased with his professionalism. He also gave me some options for a panel upgrade or using my current panel with new hardware.”
