“Mike came to fix the back-up generator for our solar system (we're off grid, so it's life and death in this heat). He came on time, figured out what the problem was — a part that he didn't have. He drove into town, found the part, came right back and in the miserable heat installed it and got the generator running. All this with smiles and good nature. It couldn't have been a better experience.”
