“I recently had to rewire my entire home, and Home Team Electric was exceptional from start to finish. First, the scheduling team was pleasant and efficient. On the day of the appointment, the technician, Zach, was super communicative about his arrival, and absolutely thorough and professional in diagnosing the issue.
He took a lot of time walking me through our situation and outlining several possible paths forward. I felt totally confident in making the decision to sign off on a bigger repair job. On the day of that repair, Zach came back with 2 additional technicians who were equally as professional and personable as he was.
They replaced literally every plug and switch in my home, without missing one, and without cutting a corner on anything. I'm so grateful to have found this company.”
