“I was able to get an appointment quickly, it was made clear to me that the technician would arrive in a clearly marked company vehicle, in uniform and would have ID. The Technician's arrived on time, he even called to confirm prior to arrival and inquired the correct directions. Our house is on a non maintained county road, and I appreciate the fact he listened and followed our directions.
