“Mike is absolutely amazing. He far outshines the others when it comes to handling business, providing explanations, and competently completing the work. My ceiling fan had come loose again. I thought it would be under warranty because two of Mike’s coworkers fixed it before. Well, imagine my surprise to discover that the notes left didn’t really indicate that in full.

Additionally, it ends up that the fan had a plastic type holder when it should have been metal. Honestly, if the other two people had told me that, I could have gotten it properly fixed the first time, but whatever. Mike took one look at the fan and knew immediately what was wrong.

Unfortunately because that was not fixed previously, it was not under warranty and I had to pay in full for Mike to replace properly. He also put up a new ceiling fan for me since I had already purchased it. The best part was that he was open, honest, respectful, and admitted that I should have been told about the plastic versus metal if the previous persons saw it (he was not here).

Either way, I appreciated the effort to get everything fixed and working properly. He also took a look at my electric panel and gave me some additional advice on how to prevent any issues. When I save up enough money, I’ll definitely contact this company and request Mike to come out to fix everything and anything electrical.

As I told him, it is my first one having ceiling fans, so I was t aware of all the questions to ask or what to look for when someone is repairing. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me the plastic piece online and went in detail on why the fan will continue to fall due to the weight and incorrect item used to hold it in place.

That was above and beyond for me and it shows the tripe of person he is and the level of his professional experience. I also appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to pressure me in buying different plans or additional things like before. I am not a person who moves with high pressure. I am a thinker.

The fact that he just gave me information and asked what I wanted to do and even offered options was a big plus in him winning me over and making me trust him rather than anyone else to handle any future needs. I have already decided to save up for a recommended maintenance repair. I just need the invoice emailed to know how much.

All in all, Mike truly surpassed all others and if you contact this company, ask for him to come out. You won’t be disappointed and you won’t be surprised later that something was left out of the discussion. Also, he won’t hard sell you, so that gives you a feeling of satisfaction and confidence in his skills, abilities, and leadership.

It is respectful and understanding that some of us need to save up and then make a big purchase. He offered financing, but I am more of a pay cash if possible person. For those who are ok with credit or financing, go for it!”
