“This is a team effort beginning last night of course after Hours. Our refrigerator, wall switches in kitchen and microwave lost power. We tried to reset the breaker with no luck. At 9 pm last evening Frank arrived, smiling upbeat in spite of Horrendous humidity. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and thorough as well as personable. He open the panel box said all the wiring was great. Suggested with no pressure we install a surge protector which probably would have avoided the issues we had. Gave us an estimate before initiating any work. You could tell he was a master electrician. He was able to restore power quickly. Unfortunately he didn’t have a part needed to upgrade our kitchen switches to coded GFI. Told us he would Be back in the morning. As promised he called before he was due to arrive and let us know he would be sending Mike and Perry to finish the work. Same as Frank arrived at door on time with big smiles. Again, very professional and personable. They quickly and efficiently completed the work left from Laat evening. Mike even helped us rescue a lizard trapped between the slider and glass door. Above and beyond. Both these guys were excellent. In this day and age great service and people Who take pride in their work is the exception rather then the rule. All 3 of these gentlemen thanked us for our business. We will only use them in the future. Not Our regular electrician is no longer. All of them were COVID safe and wore the necessary protection. Great guys. Beware after emergency charge is 259 dollars. But don't let this dissuade use these people. They are great”
