“Prompt service. Great technician. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I had a few things I needed done and I’m kicking myself I didn’t call them earlier. I did require an urgent Sunday morning repair which was a bit of a steep service charge. Kind of expected under those conditions.
On the other hand technician was at my house about 30 minutes after I made the call, on a Sunday morning, and he was great. Their normal service fee for non urgent, appointment call is very reasonable. Service man wears a nice uniform, uses a tablet for quotes and ease of payment. Nice service truck. All around a very professional company.
It was my first time using them but for future projects I’d love to have Colton come back and be my technician 👍”
