“I discovered the AC breaker wasn't working around 10pm. I called several 24/7 Electrical Companies. The only one out of 5 that I called that was available to come before the morning was Home Team Electric. I received a call back from a very nice man named Mike. He explained he would be leaving from Yucca Valley and be at my home in LA Quinta in approximately 1 hour. I said, "Are you sure Mike? That's a long way to drive at this hour". Mike replied, "Not a problem. I drive from Yucca Valley all the time". He was so pleasant and reassuring. He text me when he was about a half hour away and when he arrived. Once at my home, Mike discovered there had been an Arc Flash Fire at the panel. He was able to install a new breaker, but the AC still wouldn't start. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Mike explained the further repairs that would be required. Even though the AC didn't start I was alerted to the fact that I'm extremely fortunate my home didn't catch on fire. I was very impressed in the middle of the night to have such great service with an outstanding person such as Mike!!! I will call Home Team Electric and request Mike for the repairs needed and anytime I need an Electrician. Thank you so much Mike!!!!”
