“Same day service. Colt was very professional and knew what he was doing. He had our swamp cooler up and running with a new thermostat switch in no time. Definitely recommend him and Home Team Electric. My only complaint is with Home Team's same day service fee being over twice as much verses if I scheduled an appointment for next day or later.
If they have the time the same day to come out for a job, why the up-charge? I can understand if it's after hours, or if they have to squeeze you in causing the Team to work overtime; otherwise, charge the lower rate, if you have time slots to fill.
Home Team Electric reached out to me upon reading this review and is sending me a check for the difference between same day and next day service, realizing that I was serviced within their normal daily schedule. One more reason to use Home Team Electric for your needs. Professional company, competent electricians, and very good customer care. Thank you.”
