Josh's appearannce, demeanor, presentation of available services, job-knowledge, patience in answering all of my questions, and putting me at ease is incomparable for this area. Great sense of humor regarding my corny remarks and demonstrated the type of professionalism I don't experience with my freaking doctor. I'd give a three thumbs up bonly have two. My dogs (4) even liked the guy. Even my mouthy Chihuahua. My opinion is that Josh is an outstanding ambassador of your team.
