“I could not be more impressed with Home Team Electric's ability to assist me over the weekend with a recently completed project, installation of a high voltage outlet for electric vehicle charging. Unfortunately the charger I purchased required the outlet to be rotated 180 degrees, which I was not able to do on my own without putting too much tension on the internal wiring.
I reached a customer service agent immediately who was able to deploy Josh, the on-call electrician, to my home within an hour or so. Josh was timely, friendly, and professional, and went above and beyond by even helping me out with mounting the charger near the outlet with his power tools while he was here.
I'm very respectful of folks' time over the weekend and so appreciate Josh and Home Team Electric's ability to assist with this so I can charge my new EV. The project was not an inexpensive one, but I appreciate that I was not charged for the return visit and will use Home Team Electric for their great customer service, reliability, and expertise in the future!”
