“Very appreciative of your company and Josh's willingness to come back to my home over the weekend to make the needed adjustments to my high voltage line installation so that it would work with the charger I'd purchased. I know the urgency was questionable but I'm grateful that folks were willing to go above and beyond to get it done. I very much appreciate Josh's situational awareness and offering to mount my charger on the wall next to the outlet while he was there with his drill – it was a huge help to me and certainly not something I expected! Kudos to Josh and the rest of your team.”
