  • To our valued clients,

    The safety and wellness of our clients, team members, and all our families is our top priority. In the home services industry, we have a unique role in the situation. We have been classified as critical service providers and are still available for you 24 hours a day.

    With the recommendation of social distancing and self-quarantining, the need for home services is likely to increase. While there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and its effect on our daily lives, one thing is certain: Home Team Electric will continue to provide worry-free electrical services throughout our desert communities.

    In accordance with the CDC and other government guidelines, we have immediately taken the following preventative measures to help reduce your risk to COVID-19:

  • We have confirmed that none of our team members have traveled outside of the United States or to any of the current outbreak regions in the last several weeks.
  • Home Team Electric has implemented increased cleaning regimes of our office and service vehicles, to keep our team members healthy in order to serve you.
  • Switches, outlets, and other surfaces will be wiped down with sanitizing napkins upon completion of our work.
  • All our team members will thoroughly wash their hands with soap and water per CDC guidelines before entering your home.
  • Our team members will wear new and clean disposable gloves and as always, we will wear new and clean shoe covers whenever we are in your home.
  • We are providing in-house training of regular hygiene and preventive practices so that all our team members have the facts and are well informed.
  • All service vehicles have been equipped with hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, sanitizing soap and water as well as disposable towels and designated containers for safe disposal of these products.
  • To ensure no one has a fever, we are checking each team members temperature every weekday morning. If anyone has a fever, we will send them back home and instruct them to consult a physician.
  • Team members who are not feeling well will be instructed to stay home, to enable them to recover quicker and slow the speed of infectious disease.
  • We will not be serving any homes where someone is quarantined, has any symptoms of a respiratory illness, or has a fever.
