Health and Safety from Home Team Electric
Doing Our Part
Home Team Electric is doing everything we can to serve our desert community. We know that the services we provide are not a luxury, but essential to maintaining the safety and reliability of your home’s electrical system. That’s why we’re implementing a new Zero Contact process that minimizes all person-to-person contact during our in-home service calls.
Technician Protocol and Safety Measures
As a precautionary measure, we have implemented increased hygiene routines, including hand washing and sanitizing before and after each customer visit. Additionally, our technicians are avoiding all typical contact with customers, like shaking hands. Home Team Electric has limited team member gatherings to minimize potential health risks. We have implemented web-based systems to continue training and educating our team. To ensure no one has a fever, we are checking team member’s temperatures each morning. All surfaces will be wiped down and sanitized upon completion of work.
Ways We Are Staying Contact Free
- We love having conversations with our customers. Usually, that happens at the kitchen table. But for the time being, we will try to have those conversations outside whenever possible for your safety.
- As much as we want to shake your hand or give you a hug, instead, we will be giving you a friendly wave of hello and goodbye.
- We care about our technicians & You! We’ve put systems in place so that the quality of service we provide remains the same. Our technicians are going to be dispatched directly from their home to yours.
- Lastly, we’re doing the basics. All service vehicles have been equipped with handwashing stations, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes. Our technicians will also have disposable gloves and face masks for everyone’s safety.
