Job Requirements
- California, General Journeyman Electrician or Residential Journeyman Electrician,
State Certification.- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Good driving record and current valid driver’s license.

What You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing a memorable experience for each customer
- Diagnosing and repairing residential electrical applications in accordance with the State of Texas Building Codes.
- Diagnosing malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Inspecting electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.
- Testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of the system.
- Performing physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduits, moving and lifting heavy objects, and crawling through small spaces such as attics.
- Willing to learn our system

Certified Electrician

Customer Care Representative (CCR)
Home Team Electric was founded on the principles of Quality, Family, and Integrity. We are ready to meet any homes electrical needs. We mean it when we say we strive to be the BEST Desert Electricians! We are looking for the perfect first impression specialist to help make that happen.
Job description:
The CCR supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for customers. As the first impression specialist, the CCR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CCR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CCR will develop and manage reports, and interact with lead dispatcher and field personnel to schedule calls efficiently. A successful CCR must have the ability to function as part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours
- Strong customer service skills
- Present and communicate professionally (written and verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint
- Must be a critical thinker – Strong English composition skills
- Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
- Ability to develop tools that create efficiencies within department
- Bilingual a plus, not required
